1-to-1 & group mindset coaching for young people to build their confidence and resilience in order to own their future and the challenges they will face.
1:1 Coaching Program - 8 weeks
8-week-long program tailored to the individual's needs, consisting of weekly 1-hour session held at Far Peak or via Zoom with a focus on:
- Identity: Understanding self, values and motivation.
- Emotions: Recognising and managing negative thoughts and anxiety.
- Life Goals: Setting and progressing towards achievable goals, pushing outside comfort zones and taking new opportunities.
- Self belief: Building inner resilience, recognising our sphere of influence and learning how to let things go.
Coaching sessions are available to fit around school, college, university, work and family commitments - so during the day, evenings and weekends.

1:1 Coaching Program - 12 weeks
A lengthier, 12-week program designed for the application of confidence building tools. Tentatively driven to suit each individual, consisting of weekly 1-hour session held at Far Peak or via Zoom with a focus on:
- Identity: Understanding self, values and motivation.
- Emotions: Recognising and managing negative thoughts and anxiety.
- Life Goals: setting and progressing towards achievable goals, pushing outside comfort zones and taking new opportunities.
- Self belief: Building inner resilience, recognising our sphere of influence and learning how to let things go.
- Practical techniques and tools for moving forward.
- Practical application of skills and techniques.
Coaching sessions are available to fit around school, college, university, work and family commitments - so during the day, evenings and weekends.

Group Confidence Coaching sessions - 8 weeks
An 8-week program designed for the building of confidence and resilience amongst fellow young people. Consisting of 1 hour weekly sessions at Far Peak, the group program can allow students to connect alongside each other's journey.
(Maximum 5 students per session)
- Learn techniques and gain strategies to overcome anxiety and build self confidence to cope with pressures in life.
- Look to let go of doubts and worries with an aim of building better relationships.
Schedule:
Sunday.
10:00am - 11:00am: 10 -11 year olds.
11:30am - 12:30am: 12-13 year olds.
